Our Story
Reckless Pickle started, as all good ideas do, on a night out.
We were always on the hunt for picklebacks even resorting to buying our
own jars of pickles just so we could bring the brine along with us.
Then one night, disaster struck... we ran out of pickle juice.
Desperate times called for desperate measures, so I asked the bar for a
jar of jalapeño juice instead.
The next morning, one thought stuck with me "Why isn't there a range of different flavoured brines made for drinking?" And just like that, Reckless Pickle was born.
What started as a mission to elevate the humble pickleback has since taken on a life of its own. Turns out, our brine doesn't just belong next to a shot.
Mix it into cocktails. Shake up a mocktail. Splash it into salad dressings and sauces. Throw it over your chips. Or just crack open a bottle and take a shot straight.
We're still finding new ways to use it and that's half the fun.
The possibilities to be reckless are endless.
